Shipping policy

Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 10 - 14 days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 days.

For International orders, the times listed do not account for shipping disruptions caused by government policies, regional instability, natural disasters or other "acts of God".

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

 

Carrier Selection

At Dino Survival, we select the most affordable option with the best experience. Generally, we select UPS to fulfill most orders. However, for rural delivery locations we often select USPS. If you have a preference about which service delivers your package, please contact our support team.

For international orders, orders outside the United States, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) which forwards the package to your national delivery service.
